The friends who became family, the favorite coffee spot near base, the neighborhood park where your kids learned to ride bikes, all start to feel like something you're leaving behind forever. Moving causes heartache and grief. It’s not the same grief as losing a loved one, but it affects your body and your emotions in a similar way.
