Lizann Lightfoot is a Marine Corps wife, mom of five and author of the book “Welcome to Rota.” She has been writing for years as the “Seasoned Spouse,” a blog that offers resources and encouragement for military families. Alongside her husband, she has completed seven deployments and six PCS moves (including one assignment overseas). When she isn’t writing, she enjoys exploring new places and, of course, chocolate.
