Tanecia Favors is a Navy spouse of 8 years and mother to three amazing children. Wanting to share the knowledge she has gained over the years with other spouses, she started her blog “Everyday Favors” in 2022. Her content focuses on military spouse life, motherhood and everyday life. When she is not writing, Tanecia works as a RN specializing in maternal, child, infant health and provides lactation support and education.
