Melissa is an outgoing, caring, “naturally caffeinated” Southern girl at heart who loves volunteering and making new friends. So when her high school sweetheart decided that he wanted to join the military, she was ready for the adventure! After a few PCS moves and deployments, Melissa thought she had the military lifestyle down to a science. That was until her husband announced “We have orders to move overseas.” After the “fear of the unknown” dissipated, the excitement set in as she realized that they were about to embark on the adventure of a lifetime.
