I wanted to take this time to thank you for everything that you have done and continue to do. From being a great leader and soldier to being an awesome Dad and husband. You have sacrificed so much and continue to do so, so that our kids and the country are safe. I know that we’ve had our ups and downs but what marriage doesn’t? But I’m so glad that we’ve made it through. It has made us stronger and closer, and I’m thankful for that. I know I don’t thank you enough for being there for me when Mom passed, but I appreciate it so very much that sometimes words just can’t say what I need to say. All the little things you do that most wouldn’t think about keeps reminding me why you are such a great person. You take care of your soldiers like a family should, when they don’t have the opportunity to be close to their family for the holidays. And no matter what is thrown in your way you always persevere. So thank you again for all that you do and continue to do. You are loved in so many ways, and I wanted you to know that.
